- Justification and Approval The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) negotiated and awarded a sole source order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-16-G-0007 with General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS) to address obsolescence and reliability issues with the AH-1W/Z Turret Control Assemblies - P/Ns 218F231 and 10055481. The Contractor shall create and deliver a Statement of Work (SOW) defining the non-recurring engineering (NRE) tasks to create, verify, qualify and deliver an improved TCA design for future integration into the AH-1W and AH-1Z as a suitable substitute.
