- SOW Infinity System SOW Maintenance Bypass Cabinet SOW Extended Battery Cabinet This sources sought is being issued for planning purposes only. This is not a solicitation. Responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Connecticut National Guard will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties responding to this notice. The intent of this notice is to identify qualified Small Business (SB) concerns, Certified 8(a), HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), and Women Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) capable of performing the requirements described below. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 811310 and the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is $7.5 million. At a minimum we are requesting full maintenance to be performed on the following (1) Bypass Cabinet; (2) NFINITY System; (3) Extended Battery Cabinet at our three locations (1) Hartford, CT; (2) Niantic, CT; (3) Windsor Locks, CT. Full maintenance includes, but it's not limited to: guaranteed 4 hr. on site emergency response, 7 days/week, 24 hours/day, within 150 miles of a certified location; Includes 1-800-number Customer Response Center; Includes 100% parts coverage; Includes access to Customer Services On-Line Internet portal; Includes one Annual Preventive Maintenance visit scheduled by the customer at the customer's convenience (excluding national holidays); Performed by factory trained Customer Engineers; Includes 100% labor and travel coverage 7 days/week, 24 hours/day, within the 48 contiguous states and Hawaii. Interested sources shall indicate that they are capable of providing the required services and must provide: (1) Full name and address of the firm; (2) Cage and DUNS number; (3) Size status (i.e., Small Business, 8(a), HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Women Owned Small Business (WOSB)). No other information is required at this time. DO NOT SUBMIT A NARRATIVE, PROPOSAL, OR ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AT THIS TIME.
