- Performance Work Statement Paper Shredding Combined Synopsis Paper Shredding Bid Sheet Service Wage Determination This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Blanket Purchase Agreement prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.303, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Battle Mangement Directorate (HB), located within Hanscom AFB, located in Bedford Massachusetts, has a requirement for the shredding and destruction of Non-Classified documents. Non-Classified documentation includes, but not limited to General, Privacy Act and For Official use Only.
