Please include signed & dated company letterhead to indicate that the individual who signs the proposal is authorized by the company to bind the firm to a contract. 218,000 Pounds of Lecithin IAW MIL-L-3061B Military Specification Lecithin (for Use in Explosives). See also MIL-L-3061B Amendment 1. The requirement is for a stand-alone quantity and no contract options are included. Interested vendors must have their product offerings tested and approved IAW Mil-L-3061B (and see also MIL-L-3061B Amendment 1). Vendors can also offer the product of a vendor whose product has been tested and approved for use under MIL-L-3061B. There are SIX (6) ATTACHMENTS to this Notice: Attachment 01 - Military Specification Lecithin (for Use in Explosives) MIL-L-3061B dated 13 June 1969. Interested vendors shall access this document at the ASSIST Online website. Attachment 02 - Military Specification Lecithin (for Use in Explosives) MIL-L-3061B Amendment 1 dated 5 June 2003.
