- Request For Quotation Scope of Work Post-Deployment Yellow Ribbon Event The New Hampshire National Guard has a requirement for lodging, meals, parking, and meeting roon facilities for the duration of the event. This is a two day event that will take place on the 11th and 12th of March, 2017 and with an estimated 250 adults and 50 children. Approximately 90 rooms will be required on the night of the 11th of March, 2017 and 130 parking spaces. The government will provide the exact number of personnel requiring lodging and meals by the 24th of February, 2017. See attached RFQ and Scope of Work for details.
