- The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron at Hurlburt Field FL intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to BAE Systems Information And Electronic Systems Integration Inc. Item 0001: SOCET GXP 4012-UE Software Renewal. This award is unrestricted and is under North American Industry Classification System Code 511210 with a small business size standard of $38.5 Million. This sole source action is being accomplished under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1). The government believes that BAE Systems Information And Electronic Systems Integration Inc.is the only known source that has the patented, proprietary, commercial product and design expertise to provide this product. This notice is NOT a request for quote. However, interested companies shall submit to the contracting office a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 3 pages in length, single spaced, and 12 point font minimum) demonstrating ability to perform the requested services at or before 1:00 PM (central), 4 Jan 17. Any information received will only be considered for the purpose of conducting a competitive procurement. The anticipated contract award number is not determined at this time.
