- Description
- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 and 1903, FAR 13.501 (a)(1)(ii), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements to Barbaricum, LLC, 819 7th Street NW5th Floor, Washington, DC 20001-3762 to procure services in support of the Department of Defense (DoD) Office of Inspector General (OIG), Legislative Affairs & Communications (OLAC) and other OIG Components. The contractor shall provide administrative, operational and programmatic technical support to the Department of Defense (DoD) Office of Inspector General (OIG), Legislative Affairs & Communications (OLAC) and other Components. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance from January1, 2017 through March 1, 2017. The procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541611. The size standard as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is $15,000.000.00 dollars. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to perform the requirement and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these services.
