Description

The VA Salt Lake City Health Care System, Salt Lake City Utah, has a requirement to lease seven (7) parking spaces within a 1 mile radius of the St. George Community Based Outpatient Clinic, at 230 North 1680 East, St. George, Utah, 84790. The successful offeror shall provide seven (7) parking spaces to park 3 18 ft. vans and 1 27 ft. bus. The bus requires 4 adjoining spaces to park across. The parking spaces shall be guaranteed and/or reserved. The offeror shall provide daily parking, Monday Sunday, with 24 hour access, 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. The proposed parking area must be well lit with daily monitoring by person and/or camera. This requirement shall be competed on a Full and Open Basis. It is anticipated Solicitation VA259-17-Q-0158 will be issued electronically within 14 days after posting this notice and will be available on this website. It is essential that all interested offerors check this site often for any updates and/or amendments to any and all documents. Prospective offerors must be registered and/or have updated information in the System for Award Management (SAM) website in order to be eligible for award.
