- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The US Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) - Tenant Contracting Division, 6001 Combat Drive, APG, Maryland, 21005 has a requirement to procure preventative maintenance for an existing InterAct e-911 Emergency Response System. The intended period of performance is 1 January 2017 through 31 May 2017. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole source award to E-9 Corporation, a registered Service Disabled Veteran-owned Small Business (SDVOSB). This firm is the original and sole SDVOSB distributor capable of providing the required InterAct preventative maintenance; and is the only source authorized to provide the required maintenance in the United States. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511210 and the business size standard is $38.5M.
