- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Solicitation number VA246-17-Q-0072 (See Attached Solicitation) is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-80 corrections. North American Classification Coded (NAICS) 325412, Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing, is applicable. This solicitation is Unrestricted, Full and Open Competition. The source selection procedures to be used will be lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Networking Contracting Office 6 (NCO-6), Durham VA Medical Center (VAMC) requires radiopharmaceuticals with specialized application for treatment to cancer patients in accordance with Public Law 104-262 and 38 USC 8153, as described in Section B.4, Statement of Work (SOW) in the solicitation. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract. The Government anticipates awarding one requirement contract with a period of performance from contract award to 9-30-2017, plus 3 12 month options to extend. Delivery destination is: Durham VAMC, 508 Fulton Street, Durham, North Carolina 27705-3897. Proposals that do not contain requested instructions, requested licenses, and certifications as detailed in the solicitation will be considered not technically acceptable and non-responsive for a contract award for this requirement.
