- Description
- Solicitation Official Solicitation: Marine Corps Base (MCB), Camp Lejeune, North Carolina has a requirement for moving and storage services for deploying service members. The Government will solicit (M67001-17-Q-0009) and award this contract using FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The Government intends to award the quoter who represents the Best Value to the Government. Best Value will be determined by a review of quoters' responses to the evaluation criteria provided in the solicitation. Award will be issued on a firm fixed price contract on an all or none basis. The requirement is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 484210. The request for quotation (RFQ) documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular 2005-92, effective 18 November 2016 and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20161104, effective 4 November 2016. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. Quoters will also agree to implement the web-based software application Inventory, Receipt Acceptance and Property Transfer (iRAPT) at: https://wawf.eb.mil/xhtml/unauth/home/login.xhtml. All responsible businesses, large and small, may submit an offer for consideration.
