- Specification sheet of equipment in need of maintenance under GSA Schedule Document Title: Notice of Intent to Sole Source Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency for the District of Columbia Office of Procurement The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA), Washington, DC. 20004 intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract to Executive Information Systems, LLC, 6901 Rockledge Drive, Suite 600, P.O. Box 34076, Bethesda, MD 20827-0076 (Cage Code: 1NM64) on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This contract will be a Base Year (12 Months) plus four (4) Option Years to renew the customer support fee and subscription services. Period of Performance will begin one year after the date of contract award. Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) intends on receiving the products and subscription services for Real Estate Portfolio Management to support the renewal for software and technical support for the Office of Facilities at CSOSA. The estimated cost of the contract value is approximately $63,494.00 and will be classified under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 541519: Other Computer Related Services; Business Size: Small Business (with exceptions) and 423430 - Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers: Small Business. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider responses to this notice no later than December 28, 2016, 11 AM Eastern Standard Time. Interested parties shall respond to the Contracting Officer with a capability statement for review no later than December 28, 2016, 11 AM Eastern Standard Time, to Lawrence Durden at Lawrence.Durden@csosa.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Please reference the announcement number on all correspondence. Telephone calls will not be honored. The anticipated award date is 30 December 2016 with a delivery NLT 07 January 2017.
