- N00164-17-R-JN45 - SOLE SOURCE- SUPPORT/SUSTAINMENT FOR MUZZLE BRAKES, AND SOUND SUPPRESSORS IN SUPPORT OF THE MK13 MOD 7 SNIPER RIFLE, 10.3 AND 14.5 M4A1 UPPER RECEIVER GROUP (URG) - FSC 1005 - NAICS 332994 Anticipated Issue Date: 06 MAR 2017 - Anticipated Closing Date: 06 APR 2017 - Time 2:00 PM EST The Government intends to enter into a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with SUREFIRE, LLC, 18300 Mount Baldy Circle, Fountain Valley, CA 92708, CAGE 0BJZ8, in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, and statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(4) as implemented by FAR 6.302-4, international agreement. This proposed procurement is for the Family of Muzzle Brakes Suppressors (FMBS) in support of the MK13 MOD 7 Sniper Rifle, 10.3 and 14.5 M4A1 Upper Receiver Group (URG), in accordance with government specifications and statement of work. Solicitation will be issued for an anticipated Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that will cover a five year ordering period. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Priced (FFP) five year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract each with an anticipated award date of September 2017. Delivery terms are 180 days after receipt of order with F.O.B at destination. Inspection is at destination and acceptance is at destination. This will be a commercial acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12. To be eligible for award, contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. A formal solicitation will not be issued on www.fbo.gov.
