- Statement of Need Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, and in conjunction with FAR Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for the Brand Name or Equal purchase and assembled delivery of Mini Scissor Lift in support of the METC Logistics, 2220 Wheelright Street, Bldg 4194, JBSA - Fort Sam Houston, TX. RFQ No. RFQ301662740022 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC), No. 2005-89 Effective 1 November 2016.
