- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD), Indian Head, MD 20640, intends to award a sole-source contract for the procurement of original versions of, perform maintenance upon, and develop upgrades for the specialized MK 18 Family of Systems (FOS) mission planning, vehicle autonomy, and post mission analysis software components. The proposed contract will only be negotiated with SeeByte, Ltd, Level 7, Orchard Brae House, 30 Queensferry Road, Edinburgh, EH4 2HS, Scotland, UK, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." It is anticipated that the award will be a firm-fixed price type contract. This requirement is being conducted under Classification Code J099 and NAICS Code 541330.
