- Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform Custodial Services at Facility IA033; in accordance with the performance work statement and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. The period of performance is 19 March 2017 (or subsequent date) through 18 March 2018 with four (4) one year options. This procurement is Set Aside as 100% Small Business under the NAICS Code 561720 with a size standard of $18.0 Million. SITE VISIT: A site visit scheduled for December 29, 2016 at 10:00AM local time. The location of the site visit is 225 E Army Post Road in Des Moines, Iowa 50315. Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later than January 5, 2017 at 10:00AM (CST) ; in order to ensure a timely response is provided by the solicitation closing date.
