- Description
- The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure a contract for Dry-docking and Repairs for the M/V Kenneth Eddy, part of the Regional River Repair Fleet. The contract will be a firm fixed performance based commercial service contract. Award will be made as a whole to the lowest priced responsible and responsive offeror. Solicitation documents will be available on or about December 23, 2016 online at http://www.fbo.gov. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov. Questions may be submitted to Karen Simmons, FAX (304) 399-5281 or karen.l.simmons@usace.army.mil. A NAICS Code of 336611 and FSC Code of J020 has been established for this solicitation. The size standard is 1250 employees. This procurement is 100% Small Business set-aside. This contract will include FAR Clause 52.219-14 "Limitations on Subcontracting", which requires at least 50% of the cost of contract performance to be incurredfor personnel to be spent on the prime contractor's employees.
