- The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Medical Directorate has a need to renew existing Emergency Care Research Institute (ECRI) medical data subscription. Justification and Approval The DLA Troop Support Medical Directorate has a need to renew the existing ECRI Institute data subscription, which PriceGuide subscription data feed (https://www.ecri.org/components/PriceGuide/Pages/default.aspx) delivers pricing on medical/surgical supplies and implants utilized by hospitals to benchmark both their existing and proposed spend.
