Description

The New York Harbor Healthcare System is procuring the following service for the following service for the VA NY Harbor Healthcare System (New York Campus): Furnish all necessary labor, equipment, tools materials, repair service, software updates, parts, etc., for complete On-Site Maintenance Service of the Ensite Velocity Mapping System.. The New York Harbor Healthcare System intends to award on a sole source basis, IAW 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, a contract to St Jude Medical, Inc., 1 Saint Jude Medical Drive, St. Paul, MN 55117-1789 as the only responsible source to provide the above service. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS Code is 811219 and the size standard is $20.5 million. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement to marshand.boone@va.gov by December 30, 2016. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. However, all quotes received within three days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
