- RFQ F3QCCL6341A001 Appendix C Wage Determination Performance Work Statement CDRLs A001 - A002 Non-personal services for Printed Wiring Board Equipment Maintenance. Contractor shall provide all travel, labor, tools, materials, parts (except consumables), and equipment as required to conduct two (2) on-site visits per year to perform preventive maintenance services in accordance with attached Performance Work Statement dated 28 November 2016. This requirement is to establish a basic year and three option years.
