- ATTACHMENT # 6 REVISED FACTORY ACCEPTANCE TESTING PROCEDURES The purpose of this amendment is the following: 1. Attach revised Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) Procedures as Attachment #6. All quotes must be able to comply with the revised FAT procedures in Attachment # 6. 2. Extend the closing date and time of N66604-17-Q-0245 to 29 December 2016 at 1400 p.m. (EST). All offerors who have previously submitted quotes shall contact the contract specialist, Rosemary Shuman, at rosemary.shuman@navy.mil by the new closing date and time to submit a new quote or indicate if the previously submitted quote remains valid. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
