- W15QKN-17-Q-1006 The US Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Warfighter Support Center on behalf of the 99th Regional Support Command has a requirement for Refuse Collection & Recycling Services to be performed at the SSG Reynold J. King United States Army Reserve Center(USARC), 101 Sunrise Road, Ithaca, NY 14850. The period of performance shall be a 12 month base period and one, 12-month option period from date of contract award. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price as a result of this solicitation. All responsible offerors may submit a capabilities statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the Government.
