- The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide Element-B, The Human Element Licensed Human Element Practitioner (LHEP) Trainer Certification Course certification for 50 AMSC instructors in one class per year as defined in the PWS except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The contractor will provide two Master Practitioners, who hold a Master License Certificate, to teach the certify students. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
