- Amendment 6 This is the REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL for TRICARE Claims Review Services. The TCRS acquisition is for a new indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with fixed unit prices. The TCRS contract supports the Improper payment Evaluation and Transition Branch (IPE&TB), to provide an independent, impartial review of claims processing procedure, reimbursement determinations, and purchased care contractor compliance with TRUCARE policy and directives. This is a full and open competitive source selection, using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.101-2, LPTA Source Selection Process, as supplemented by the Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) 215.1. The contracting Officer anticipates the period of performance will include a 6-month transition-in period, plus five 12 month options periods. Transition-out will occur with the last option period exercised. Proposals are due no later than 12:00 P.M. (MST) on November 30, 2016. In order to receive emails concerning the status of this solicitation, interested parties are strongly encouraged to register as vendors on www.fbo.gov and then sign up as an interested vendor for TCRS Solicitation HT9402-17-R-0002. It is the responsibility of the prospective offeror to review this site regularly for updates and/or changes. This solicitation consists of the documents posted today, and any documents previously provided as draft documents are no longer valid. The Contracting Officer will post subsequent revisions, if any, as amendments to the solicitation on www.fob.gov. Please read and comply with all requirements for submitting a proposal. Failure to comply with the instructions contained within this solicitation could result in the proposal being ineligible for award. It is the offeror's responsibility to ensure its proposal meets all the requirements identified in this solicitation. No hard copy of this solicitation will be issued. Offerors shall submit any questions concerning this solicitation via email with the subject line "TCRS Solicitation Questions" no later than 11:00 A.M. (MST), on October 18, 2016, to Matthew Gilger at matthew.l.gilger.civ@mail.mil. DHA will post responses to solicitation questions on www.fbo.gov at a later date. Questions shall be submitted in a format compatible with MS Word 2010, and identify the specific solicitation document and cite specific paragraphs. DHA will treat all questions as source selection information in accordance with FAR 2.101 & 3.104.
