- PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT and Attachment A-H THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. The Health Readiness Contracting Office (HRCO), Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234-5074 intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced Purchase Order, on a sole source basis to: Sierra7, Inc. 11990 Market St Unit 1501 Reston VA 20190-6013 The Government intends to award a sole source interim contract to Sierra7, Inc. to provide administrative support services (non-personal service) at the Warrior Transition Brigade (WTB) Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), Bethesda, MD and Northern Regional Medical Command (NRMC), Fort Belvoir, VA. Sierra7 possesses the unique qualifications to instantly perform the continuation of these services given that Sierra7 already has the required resources and trained manpower, and has completed all in-processing requirements for their employees, thus requiring no transition efforts to continue performing these services. This non-personal services contract will provide administrative support to include but not limited to; the Warrior Transition Brigade (WTB) Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), Bethesda, MD and Northern Regional Medical Command (NRMC), Fort Belvoir, VA. to support the integrated health care delivery systems offering military personnel and their families, in and around Washington, DC, access to comprehensive medical care. Sierra7, Inc. has been providing critical Administrative Support Services for the WTB throughout the region by providing 47 Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) to support the WTB in accordance with applicable Army regulations, policies, and directives. The anticipated contract will be a 3 month period, from 07 January 2017 through 06 April 2017. The primary NAICS Code for this requirement is 541611, Administrative Management & General Management Consulting Svcs, with a size standard of $15 million. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement no later than 12:00 PM (CST), 28 December 2016 of this posting which shall be considered by the government. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this contract requirement, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
