All responsible open market sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Submit the RFQ, and Quote spreadsheet via email (preferred) to: josie.manderscheid@va.gov. The phone number is (913) 684-0155. Solicitation package VA770-17-Q-0097 shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or about December 23, 2016, and will close on December 27, 2016 (5 PM CST) these dates are subject to change.
