J-6 provides support to DLA Energy, who provides petroleum and related support to US military forces and eligible Federal Civilians, State and Local Governments, Foreign Governments and Government contractors. This support includes fuel sales at aviation flight lines, vehicles and other ground support equipment, vessels, and at fixed installations. DLA Energy must accurately capture all sales data and process it through its enterprise system in a timely manner. This DRAFT solicitation is to solicit information technology contractor support in providing EPoSD and enterprise solution to capture all sales. DLA will order supplies and services from the contractor to deliver and install devices and sustainment of the software solution. The attached RFP is a DRAFT solicitation. Please note that the solicitation and associated information/content is not final and subject to change between issuance of this Presolicitation notice and actual issuance of the solicitation. The information provided in this posting and associated draft solicitation is not binding on the Government. The Government will not pay any cost incurred in response to this posting. All costs associated with responding will be solely at the responding party's expense. Pre-Solicitation Conference Information: DLA Lorton Building Floor: 2 Room: MR01/MR02 10400 Furnace Road Lorton, VIRGINIA 22060 Date: January 12, 2017 Time: 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM EST Note: Drivers License is required for Base access. contractors who do not possess a current CAC will require an escort to the conference room. All contractors requiring escort should arrive by 10:00 AM EST. All Contractors will need to pre-register with Charlotte Bumgarner (Contract Specialist) via email at Charlotte.Bumgarner@dla.mil. Please respond with your company name, and provide a list of attendees by close of business January 6, 2016. Contractors are required to limit the number of attendees to a maximum of four (4) people.
