- Description
- The project includes replacing the Paraloft building's existing membrane roofing with new TPO membrane roofing. This work includes: removing the existing roofing materials down to the roof deck/sheathing, installing new TPO membrane roofing system, flashing, and appurtenances. Work to be performed in the March - May 2017 timeframe. The solicitation will be released shortly. Pre-bid meeting is tentatively scheduled for Jan 17, 2017 at the Redmond Air Center. AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS: Funds are NOT presently available for this contract. Contract will not be awarded until funding is recieved. Funding is currently delayed until the Federal Budget is approved by Congress.
