- Amendment #1 N55236-17-R-0006 Barge Repair Attachment J-2 Reference Information Sheet Attachment J-1 Request for Specification Clarification Form Solicitation N55236-17-R-0006 Provide all management, administrative services, materials, tools, equipment, labor, and any required services/support to provide depot level repairs, interior & exterior preservation, barge modernization upgrades (e.g. steam to electric conversion, SIPRNET/NIPRNET/Wireless LAN upgrade) dockside and dry dock services for U.S. Navy Barges. Related work will be performed in the Pacific Northwest (Bremerton, Tacoma, Seattle and Everett) Washington; the Pacific Southwest (San Diego) California; the Middle Pacific (Pearl Harbor) Hawaii; the Western Pacific (Yokosuka and Sasebo) Japan; and (Apra Harbor) Guam. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials required to accomplish the work described above. Government furnished utilities may be available for the contractor's use at the contractor's expense. This will be a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price contract for a base year with four (4) one year options. The applicable NAICS code is 336611 Ship Building and Repairing. Award will be based on best-value procurement utilizing past performance, technical, and price as evaluation factors. FAR 52.216-27 Single or Multiple Awards (OCT 1995) applies. This is a follow-on procurement. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency.
