- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a sole-source award with Intelligent Software Solutions, Inc dba ISS for maintenance and support of its Dfuze software. The award will consist of a base year and up to four (4) option years, from 1/3/2017 to 1/2/2022. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541513, Computers Facilities Management Services with a size standard of $27.5 million dollars. Any award resulting from this requirement will be issued pursuant to FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. THIS IS NOT A SET-ASIDE; NOR IS THIS NOTICE OF INTENT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTATIONS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. If your firm possesses the ability to provide this service, submit technical literature showing your capability of meeting the Government's requirement by the close of this Special Notice.
