- Draft PWS Market Research Questionnaire We are looking for the vendors who can do this service. The solicitation has not been released yet. The service will request on 1 & 2 Apr 2017 and/or 8 & 9 Apr 2017 in case of rain. Please find attached DRAFT Performance-Based Work Statement (PWS) and Questionnaire for more details. Also, we are expecting reply Questionnaire that will support for solicitation issue. Bases of Requirement: The Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, materials, tools and equipment, transportation, supervision and all operations identified in the PWS for Provide Back-up Generators for Bldg. 2000, 3001, 3002, 3006 and 3220 for Towers and Bldg. 3021 and 3023 for Pump Houses at Yokota Air Base, Japan. The following scope of work is expressed in general terms and in no way limits the Contractor's responsibility. Perform all work indicated in draft PWS. The contractor is required to provide a complete and usable facility within the terms and conditions of this contract. The scope of work for this project includes but is not limited to: All work necessary provide Backup Generators at Yokota Air Base, Bldg. 2000, 3001, 3002, 3006, and 3220 for Towers and Bldg. 3021 and 3023 for Pump Houses for all necessary associated work to complete a fully functional installation. Contractor shall verify existing conditions for all scope of work. The site visit is scheduled on TBD, JST.
