- (I) The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for commercial items prepared in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13 and is requesting quotes for the procurement of services for installation of piping for nitrogen distribution in main research building. (II) The solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written quotes and required documents on RFQ Number G17PS00133 to Beth Wilson at bwilson@usgs.gov. (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Regulations and are attached. (IV) This solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 238220, the Size Standard is $15.0 Million. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
