Notice Type: Posted Date: Firm Fixed Price December 20, 2016 Original Set Aside: Response Date: Open Market VOSB Business January 5, 2017 @ 10:00 a.m. Classification Code: NAICS Code: J068 Maintenance Chemical Equipment 333912 Vacuum Pump Synopsis/Solicitation: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the installation of a new medical gas and vacuum system to include all pipe, fittings, outlets and certification services. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 7; hereby provides notice of its intent to award a one-time firm fixed price contract for services of the installation of a new medical gas and vacuum system to include all pipe, fittings, outlets and certification of applicable NFPA 99 requirements to be completed at the WJB Dorn VA Medical Center in Columbia, South Carolina. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. All qualified candidates must be verified in VIP in order to be eligible for award. If you have not conducted business with the WJB Dorn VA Medical Center located in Columbia South Carolina, you will be required to complete Vendor/Payment Forms to be entered into the local systems in order to be eligible for award. All interested parties shall submit clear and concise documentation demonstrating their capabilities to satisfy the requirements listed above along with their bid offer to Contracting Specialist, Cynthia Machuca at cynthia.machuca@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted.
