- Update: The draft solicitation number for ETSC has changed from W900KK-16-R-0026 to W900KK-17-R-0026. The purpose of this announcement is to disseminate a revised Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) package for ETSC to Industry. Note: Not all documents have been revised since the first Draft RFP release on 8 April 2016. Note - Sample Task Orders (STOs) and the Solicitation Clarification/Comment Form are not included in this announcement. The revised documents reflect updates based on questions and comments provided by Industry during the previous comment period. Therefore, there will not be a question or comment period for this announcement. The Government will allow submission of questions following the release of the Final RFP.
