- DLA Troop Support, Subsistence Directorate, Operational Rations, Group Rations intends to solicit a request for quote under solicitation number SPE3S1-17-Q-0003. NSN: 8925-01-529-6633 Item Description: PAN COATED, PEANUT BUTTER DISKS, 1.53 oz. flex package. Type VI, Shape A, Flavor 4 CID A-A-20177E dated August 4, 2009. (for Unitized Group Rations- Heat & Serve and UGR-M) Intended Contract Type: 1-year indefinite delivery purchase order (IDPO). Pricing Arrangement: Fixed price. Source Selection Method: Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The proposed acquisition shall be unrestricted full and open competition. All responsible parties may submit a quote. Product Demonstration Models (PDMs) must be shipped prior to the closing date of the solicitation. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Tracy, CA. Technical Specification: CID A-A-20177E.
