- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure: 0001: Thermal Monitor Enclosure Unit Type 1 (P/N: DAK-US1258)- QTY:1 0002: Thermal Monitor Enclosure Unit Type 2: (P/N: DAK-US1259)- QTY:1 Request for Quotation will be available for upload on after 01/05/2017. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure Commercial hardware on a Sole Source basis from Techni-Tool Inc. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
