- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract with only one source, Micas Inc., Cage code 36HQ0, under authority of FAR 13.106. The services are for eight (8) manned aircraft flight sorties for tracking exercise (TRKEX) Events. The TRKEX Events will take place on both the East and West coasts. These events will support Ship Self Defense System (SSDS) and SeaRam Test and Evaluation programs and Test Ship Control System (TSRCS), In accordance with attached Statement of Work. The required services can only be provided by Micas Inc. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes with supporting documents received before the closing date of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The solicitation number is N63394-17-T-0026. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-93. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541330 with a small business size standard of $15 million. Quote must be good for a minimum of 60 calendar days after close of this combined solicitation/synopsis. Terms are Net 30. In addition to price, responses shall include the following: 1. Does your company accept Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) for electronic invoicing? WAWF is the DOD mandated invoicing for Government orders.
