- Combined Synopsis Combined Synopsis Solicitation Parts Washers Maintenance & Solvent Services Fort Jackson, SC 29207 Post Date: 21 December 16 Proposal Due Date: 19 January 2017/1:00 P.M Easter Time Questions Due Date: 5 January 2017 Solicitation Number: W9124C-17-T-0001 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (Except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $7.5Million. Product Service Code: J079 Maintenance-Repair of Cleaning Equipment Set-Aside Status: This acquisition is unrestricted System for Award Management: The Contractor must be registered in the SAM database at www.sam.gov. "Registered in the SAM database" means that (1) the contractor has entered all mandatory information, including the DUNS number or the DUNS+4 number, into the SAM database; and (2) The Government has validated all mandatory data fields and has marked the record "Active." Contract Type: The Government is contemplating issuance of a single award contract pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Part 12 and Part 13. The purpose of this advertisement is for services needed to provide all necessary management, supervision, personnel, labor, materials, supplies, transportation, general and specialized equipment and clothing required to perform all work in connection with the Parts Washer Maintenance and Solvent Services. Services include: Cleaning of government owned parts washer equipment on a scheduled service interval of every 12 weeks (4 services per year). Provision of and refilling the government owned machines with Mil Spec PRF 680 Type II solvent. Provision of the DOT shipping containers to remove spent solvent. Provision of all necessary drum labels and DOT shipping documents. Transportation of spent solvent and proper disposal of spent solvent through in accordance with local, State, and Federal regulations.
