- USCGC BLUE SHARK REPAIRS RFQ/SOLICITATION USCGC BLUE SHARK PRICE SCHEDULE USCGC BLUE SHARK DOCKSIDE REPAIRS SPECIFICATIONS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-93 (16 Dec 2016). This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-aside using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Subpart 13.5 The NAICS Code is 336611, Ship Building and Repairing with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. The solicitation number is HSCG80-17-Q-P45335. The prospective offeror is responsible for downloading the solicitation RFQ, all attachments, memorandums, and amendments. The offeror is responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps (https://www.fbo.gov) website for the release of any amendments. The Purchase Order will be awarded on a Firm Fixed price. Quotations are due on or before 1:00 PM, 13 January 2017 (EST) as specified in the attached RFQ. The Offeror's quotation must include all of the information, as required and as applicable, found in FAR Clause 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (OCT 2015), which is incorporated by reference.
