- THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY This notice is not the actual solicitation, but is for the purpose of providing an informational update to industry in regards to the United States Army Garrison-Kwajalein Atoll Base Operations Support Services (BOSS) requirement; North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210, Facilities Support Services, with a size standard of $38.5M. No responses are required from Industry at this time. Any responses or information provided by Industry and received by the Government shall not be considered as an offer, cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract, nor will the U.S. Government be liable for any cost incurred by any Contractor for their effort. The Government will not return any information submitted in response to this informational notice. 1) The Government does intend to issue a draft solicitation as outlined 2) The Government does intend to solicit this requirement utilizing Full and Open Competition. 3) After the official release of the draft solicitation, Industry will have an opportunity to submit questions in writing so that the Government may officially respond. 4) A more detailed procurement schedule will be posted to the procurement website as soon as it is available but below is a list of key events and tentative target dates for Industry planning purposes: Event Tentative Dates Draft Solicitation Posted to https://www.fbo.gov -- March 2017 Site Visit to Kwajalein Atoll -- April 2017 Solicitation Issued to https://www.fbo.gov -- May 2017 All questions related to this informational notice can be directed to the following personnel: Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Fort Sam Houston (MICC-FSH), Ms. Andrea G.
