- Exhibit A - WSTARS WMII CDRLs Attachment 008 - Past Performance Questionnaire & Instructions Attachment 007 - Government Furnished Property Listing Attachment 006 - Small Business Participation Plan Attachment 005 - WSTARS DD254 Attachment 004 - WSTARS-WMII LCATs Attachment 003 - Price Matrix - Base & TO1 Attachment 002 - TO1 CRS & Attachment Attachment 001 - Base CRS & Attachments RFP W52P1J-17-R-0008 Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI), Rock Island, IL has a non-commercial requirement to support the Wideband Satellite Communications (SATCOM) Trend Analysis and Anomaly Resolution System/Wideband SATCOM Operational Management System (WSOMS) Mediated Interoperability Infrastructure (WSTARS/WMII), a part of the WSOMS for the United States Department of the Army Product Manager Defense Communications and Army Transmission Systems (PM DCATS). This procurement is for WSTARS/WMII which will be the component of the WSOMS that will provide enhanced data sharing and information management capability while focusing on expanding the trend analysis and anomaly resolution capability. The vision for the WSTARS endstate is a subsystem that replaces the existing Defense Satellite Communications System (DSCS) Integrated Management System (DIMS), automates many of the routine satellite resource allocation and configuration functions for managers, and removes many of the routine operator-in-the-loop functions of controllers.
