FA8056-17-R-0001 Attachment 8 - FES PPE CDRL A002 Program Management Review Attachment 8 - FES PPE CDRL A001 Quarterly Data Reporting Attachment 7 - FES PPE List of USAF Fire Stations Attachment 6 - FES PPE Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment 5 - FES PPE Technical Evaluation Matrix Attachment 4 - FES PPE Ensemble Statement of Work Attachment 3 - FES PPE Ensemble Product Category Specifications Attachment 2 - FES PPE Ensemble Pricing Matrix Attachment 1 - FES PPE Ensemble Proposal Cover Sheet The U.S. Air Force (USAF) Installation Contracting Agency (AFICA) at Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio, is announcing the release of the Final Request for Proposal (RFP) FA8056-17-R-0001. Please note that there have been changes since the Draft RFP released on 21 October 2016; therefore, Offerors are advised to review the Final RFP diligently. All potential Offerors should carefully review the instructions in 52.212-1 and Addendum to 52.212-1, as well as the evaluation criteria described in 52.212-2 and the Addendum to 52.212-2 of this solicitation. AFICA will award contracts in accordance with the evaluation procedures established in the Final RFP. All responsible business sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the evaluation team. The USAF anticipates answering questions from interested parties on the requirements of this RFP. All questions should be submitted by email to the Contracting Officer no later than 12:00 A.M. EST five (5) working days before the proposal due date. Each Friday, the USAF will post to FBO answers to the questions received throughout the week, starting 6 January 2017. The RFP amendments may contain updates to the attachments found in the RFP. Please check periodically to ensure you submit the most recent attachments. The USAF is not responsible for notifying any interested parties of the solicitation beyond this notice. It is the responsibility of potential Offerors to monitor the official Government Point of Entry (GPE), www.fbo.gov for further updates and instructions. Amendment 0001 is also being issued simultaneously to capture administrative changes and must be signed and returned with the proposal. A full copy of all the administrative changes is available upon request.
