Notice Type: Posted Date: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation December 21, 2016 Original Set Aside: Response Date: Open Market SDVOSB December 30, 2016 @ 10:00 a.m. Classification Code: NAICS Code: J036 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding 811310 Industrial Machinery of Equipment Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for required parts and installation. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 7; hereby provides notice of its intent to award a one-time firm fixed price contract for services of the installation of a new BT300 VSD Unit to include a new unit and all required parts for the WJB Dorn VA Medical Center located in Columbia South Carolina. This job performance must be completed a one week timeframe, after normal business hours. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. All qualified candidates must be verified in VIP in order to be eligible for award. If you have not conducted business with the WJB Dorn VA Medical Center located in Columbia South Carolina, you will be required to complete Vendor/Payment Forms to be entered into the local systems in order to be eligible for award. All interested parties shall submit clear and concise documentation demonstrating their capabilities to satisfy the requirements listed above along with their bid offer to Contracting Specialist, Cynthia Machuca at cynthia.machuca@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted.
