- Y ”100% Small Business Set-Aside for Firm Fixed Price/Indefinite Delivery Quantity for Marine Forces Reserve Facilities, Brunswick, Maine. THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to notify potential offerors of a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for Firm Fixed Price/Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for Marine Forces Reserve Facilities, at Brunswick, Maine. Small Businesses firm capable of performing Custodial, Pest Control, Integrated Solid Waste Management, Grounds Maintenance, Landscaping and Pavement Clearance are encouraged to submit a proposal for this project. NOTE: Coordinating with the customer at the MCRTC Brunswick is a key element to the success of this project. The estimated magnitude of is between $500,000 to $1,000,000. The duration of the contract(s) is for one (1) year from the date of contract award with four (4) one-year option periods. The total five-year (base and four one-year options). The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP)Indefinite delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management tools, materials, equipment, facilities and transportation necessary for performing the required Custodial, Pest Control, Integrated Solid Waste Management, Grounds Maintenance, Landscaping and Pavement Clearance at the MCRTC Brunswick Maine. The NAICS Code is 561210 and the Small Business Size Standard is $38.5 Million. Competition Requirements: 100% Small Business Set-Aside Procurement Method: Contracting by Negotiation Source Selection Process: Best Value Low Price Technically Acceptable. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Single Award Contract A sources sought notice was posted on under solicitation number N40085-17-R-8714 to determine the availability and capability of businesses to perform the requirement. Based on market research results, the procurement will be solicited as a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic ™s Office of Small Business Program concurs with the determination to solicit as a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. The estimated date for issuance of the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about February 6, 2017. The solicitation will be available on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website (NECO). Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation, and any attachments, at https://www.neco.navy.mil, when it becomes available, free of charge.
