- TFSAIAF17CI0005 - Spanish TFSAIAF17CI0005 - English The purpose of this solicitation is to procure Grant Data Verification and Evaluation Services for Nicaragua (NI) in support of the Inter-American Foundation (IAF), for a base period and two option years, in accordance with the attached documents. The award is intended to result in a labor-hour/time-and-materiaL contract, with fixed daily rates for verification services. The following factors are mandatory requirements: 1. The Offeror Must have and maintain an in-country presence in NI. The Contractor shall be an individual, firm or nongovernmental organization with a full-time physical presence in NI and with legal status to operate in NI for the duration of the contract. 2. The Offeror has the required language ability for NI: read, write and speak in Spanish. --------------------------------- El propósito de esta licitación es para obtener Servicios de verificación de datos de donación en Nicaragua (NI) en apoyo de la IAF, para un período de base y opción de cuatro años, según los documentos adjuntos. El contrato está diseñado para dar lugar a un contrato de hora/tiempo y material, con tarifas diarias fijas para servicios de verificación. Los siguientes factores son requisitos obligatorios: 1. El Ofertante debe tener y mantener una presencia física en NI. El Ofertante será un individuo, empresa u organización no gubernamental con presencia física plena en NI con la condición o personería legal que le permita operar en ambos países por el tiempo que dure el contrato. 2. El oferente tendrá la capacidad de idioma requerido para NI: leer, escribir y hablar español.
