- IMPORTANT NOTICES TO OFFERORS Amendment 0002 is issued to further clarify solicitation SPE601-17-R-0309. 1. The closing date remains 6 January 2017, at 1500 CST. 2. The four lots are separated as follows: Lot 1: Items 0001-0018 Lot 2: Items 0019-0124 Lot 3: Items 0125-0164 Lot 4: Items 0165-0170 3. Amendment 0001 to the solicitation standard form 30, page 1, block 13 B & E were inadvertently checked which should have not been. 4. Additional clarification for items 0014 through 0018.
