- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION #: N00178-17-T-0014 Submitted by: Mirenda Robertson NAICS Code: 541712 FSC Code: AJ32 Anticipated Date to be published in FEDBIZOPS: 21 December 2016 Anticipated Closing Date: 27 December 2016 Contracts POC Name: Mirenda Robertson Telephone#: 540-653-9864 Email Address: mirenda.robertson@navy.mil Code and Description: A - Research & Development This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N00178-17-T-0014 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis to University of North Dakota (UND). This requirement is continuation of research and processing of the already collected airborne data sets. The research, processing and distribution service must be compatible in all aspects thereby making it important to maintain the already established academic collaboration which is required for the analysis and delivery of the collected data sets. Please include shipping/freight cost to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 27 December 2016, no later than 12:00 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 1 January 2017.
