- Attachment 002: Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) Attachment 0001: Price Schedule Solicitation W15QKN-17-R-1007 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. This acquisition is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W15QKN-17-R1007. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95. RFP Number W15QKN-17-R-1007 is hereby issued as a Request for Proposal (RFQ) for the acquisition to provide non-personal services of lodging, meeting space, and meals to accommodate Yellow Ribbon Events 3 and 4 based on unit needs within the 99th RSC Area of Responsibility. The 99th Regional Support Command (RSC) plans to conduct six events each fiscal year within the following areas: Northern New Jersey, Washington, DC/Virginia/Maryland, Hershey, Pennsylvania, and Niagara Falls/Buffalo, New York. This procurement is unrestricted and open to both Small and Large Businesses under NAICS Code 721110, Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels with a size standard of $32.5 Million. The resultant contract will be a competitively-awarded, firm fixed price (FFP) Indefinite Quantity Requirements contract. The resulting contract will be issued on a Firm Fixed Price basis for a base period and three option periods to be exercised at the Governments discretion, to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price. The anticipated award date is on or about 01 February 2017. Additional FAR clauses cited within the above clauses, which are applicable, will be incorporated into the solicitation and the resulting contract. All information relating to this solicitation, including, changes/amendments, questions and answers, will be posted on the following website: www.fbo.gov. Formal communications such as request for clarifications and/or information concerning this solicitation must be submitted in writing or via e-mail: theresa.m.eckstein.civ@mail.mil. Offerors are requested to submit questions to the email address noted below not later than, Friday 1:00 P.M. EST, 13 January 2017. Terms of the solicitation remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgement and receipt of solicitation shall apply. Award can only be made to contractors registered in System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov). Only emailed quotes will be accepted at theresa.m.eckstein.civ@mail.mil.
