The SOC must include the following: business name, point of contact name, telephone, email address, DUNS number, GSA contract if applicable, business size (small, large) and small business designation (small, veteran own, service disable, women owned, etc.). This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ). Information herein is based on the best information available at the time of publication, is subject to revision, and is not binding on the Government. The Government will not recognize any cost associated with the submission of a SOC. Submit all responses not later than 8:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time on Tuesday December 27, 2016 to the attention of Robert Regan Robert.regan2@va.gov with Interested Contractor CPAP Supplies on the subject line.
