Description

Class JOFOC 2017 (State Terminal Law Enforcement Database & Video Capture Services) The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives intends to negotiate and award sole source purchase orders to acquire State Terminal Law Enforcement Databases and the Video Capture Service connections. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of Daniel Cordes, Email address: Daniel.Cordes@atf.gov by Friday, December 30th 2016 (4:30 PM EST). Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
